Food and Beverage Supervisor

$32.12 per hour + 12% Super + Penalties

• Part - Time Position available
• Shifts available - Tuesday 7:00pm to12:00am & Saturday 7:00pm to 12:00am with the ability to work more hours and days as needed.

The Position

• Lead front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless and professional lounge service
• Uphold premium lounge presentation standards and maintain clean, organised and welcoming environments
• Coordinate and support basic food preparation to meet service timelines
• Oversee buffet and beverage station management including proactive replenishment and quality checks
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve service issues promptly
• Guide, mentor and support team members to uphold Compass Group standards

• Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
• Personal transport preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
• Well‑presented, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain efficiency during peak travel periods
• Strong safety and compliance mindset with an understanding of secure airport operations
• Willing to undergo a police check for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
