• Full-Time Handyperson $30 per hour 
• Monday - Friday 6.30am - 3pm (no weekend work)
• Small diverse team
• Must be an Australian citizen to be considered

The Position

• Liaise with facility management contractors
• Minor painting, plumbing & maintenance
• Minor site grounds & garden up keep
• Reporting process of any maintenance in the building
• Perform ADHOC duties required by managers
• Provide flexible & responsive handyperson service to facility & surroundings
• Adhere to all safety & security policies and procedures
• Plan & execute tasks safely & efficiently
• Good communication skills with staff, client and tradesmen
• Basic computer skills

The Person

• Physically fit & reliable
• Experience in general maintenance & gardening
• Comfortable undertaking random drug tests on site
• Current drivers’ license and own transport
• Good knowledge of power tools & gardening equipment
• Team player and be flexible to work in all departments
• Must be able to apply for an AFP NV1 Security clearance
• Must supply a National Police Clearance
