• Take ownership of P&L, stock, and operational performance
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint

THE PERSON

• You’re not just a chef—you’re a leader, creator, and motivator
• Proven Head Chef / Senior Kitchen leadership experience
• Strong high street / retail food background
• Confident with flavours, trends, and menu innovation
• Calm, composed and collaborative under pressure
• Commercially savvy with P&L awareness
• Cert III in Commercial Cookery + Food Safety Supervisor
