The Position
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with limited weekend and evening work
• Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality daily meals and events
• Oversee catering operations, food safety, stock control, and ordering
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and HACCP standards, with a strong focus on waste reduction
• Manage food forecasting, allergen controls, and dietary requirements

The Ideal Candidate
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume or structured environment
• Proven leader with experience training, developing, and engaging teams
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and allergen management
