Restaurant Associates is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our growing premium sector team, delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a dynamic corporate environment.
THE POSITION
Lead and manage all culinary services, creating innovative and high-quality menus for both café and corporate events.
Collaborate with our Central Production kitchen to ensure seamless execution of corporate functions and catering needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a steady supply of the finest ingredients.
Drive cost-efficiency, minimize food waste, and work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Stay ahead of food trends, particularly within the café scene, and inspire creativity and excellence in the kitchen.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, guiding and developing your team to success.
Oversee menu planning, development, and cost management to maintain consistency, quality, and profitability.
Build and nurture a thriving café-style business that enhances the overall customer experience.

Hold Chef’s Trade Qualifications, with a strong passion for culinary excellence.
