THE POSITION
- Lead and coordinate front-of-house operations during each service
- Welcome guests, manage reservations, seating, and overall dining flow
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Supervise, support, and train service staff to maintain service standards
- Liaise closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support the Cook with daily operations and service requirements
- Utilise Compass systems for rostering, inventory, and operational reporting
THE PERSON
- Reliable personal transport is preferred
- Intermediate administrative skills; experience with Deputy rostering is a plus
- Food handling experience; Food Safety Supervisor certification is advantageous
- Skilled in managing B2B customer and client relationships
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing small hospitality teams
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
