Food & Beverage $25.86 + 25% casual loading

• Contribute to the front of house team 
• Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas
• Basic food preparation
• Drive exceptional customer service to guests  

Section Waiter $25.86 + 25% casual loading

• Assisting with operations across our outlets with the focus on the well renowned Garden Restaurant & Tea Rooms
• Delivering a positive dining experience for guests
• Taking orders efficiently, delivering food and drinks to specifications
• Solid understanding of allergens and food safety

Kitchenhand $25.86 + 25% casual loading

• Assisting our Chefs with food preparation
• Cleaning and washing up the kitchen area and equipment
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
• Assisting with restock and stock rotation

Barista $26.71 + 25% casual loading

• Calibrating espresso machine and grinder to optimise quality of product
• Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency
• Quality preparation and service of beverages including alcoholic beverages
• Operation of a coffee bar including open and close

The Person:

• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Demonstrated previous experience in a similar restaurant environment
• Good knowledge of Melbourne food and beverage scene
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance with attention to detail
• Safely can-do attitude
