ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

The Positions

• Site Administrators - 8/6 roster 11.5 hour days
• Housekeeping - 9/5 roster 10 hour days
• Kitchen Hands - 14/7 roster 10 hour days
• Drive-in, drive-out from within the Central Queensland region 
• Work as key members in our remote kitchen and housekeeping teams
• Duties include but are not limited to cleaning, laundry, housekeeping, assisting with food preparation and dishwashing
• Physically active roles, requiring you to work 10 hour days 
• Modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect.

The Person

• Must have housekeeping/cleaning or kitchen hand experience
• Drivers licence and own reliable transport
• Be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
• Time savvy and ability to meet deadlines
• Physically fit and able to be on their feet for up to 10 hours per day
