The Position

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to employees and guests
  • Oversee a focused team of service professionals across the Culinary, Beverage and Function offering
  • Take accountability for innovation, offering solutions for continued service, food and beverage growth ideas
  • Understand the importance of staff mentoring the ‘next generation’ and take steps to train, motivate and succession plan

The Person

  • You are passionate about all thing’s hospitality, taking pride in how you organise your team
  • Coming from a background in fine dining and well-known establishments, you are well-connected within the hospitality scene
  • An expert in wine and food matching, always chasing the latest trends
  • Impeccably groomed and comfortable interacting with high-end clientele
