Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking an experience and motivated housekeeping team lead to join our team at a site located near the Brisbane Airport. This is a full time, fixed term position for 6 months, offering consistent weekday hours and competitive hourly pay.
- Housekeeping Team Lead- Monday - Friday 7am-3pm $36.14 per hour
- Position is Full Time - Fixed Term 6 months
- Located near Brisbane Airport
- Must be an Australian Citizen
The Position:
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff on site
- Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow
- Ensure cleaning standards and compliance requirements are met
- Conduct quality checks and address issues promptly
- Provide training, guidance and performance support to team members
- Liaise with management and report on daily operations
The Person:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision/ leadership
- Strong communication skills and team leadership skills
- Reliable, organised, and details oriented
- Able to work independently and lead by example
- Comfortable working in a secure, high compliance environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen (mandatory)
- Police Clearance and other site clearances are required
