Refrigeration Technician / HVAC

$52.99 Per Hour + Penalties + Super + Retention Bonus

• Rotating Roster | 0600- 1400 AM / 1000 – 1800

THE POSITION

• Building Maintenance System (BMS) monitoring and reporting
• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
• Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
• Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
• Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades

THE PERSON

• Full Refrigerant Handling Licence, QBCC Occupational Mechanical Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence
• Be able to provide an up to date police check (no older than 3 months) on your commencement date
• Proven track record in maintenance, with experience in aged and or health care settings, advantageous
• A solid understanding of HVAC systems and BMS systems
• Hospital maintenance experience highly desirable
