The Position
Accountable for accurate stock takes, leading to minimise discrepancies and efficient inventory and ordering processes
Build strong relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of all contractual requirements and KPI's.
Financial Oversight: Lead staff to achieve targets through rigorous reporting, forecasting and constant team training.
People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.
Lead a high performing team across service excellence.
Business Operations: Develop and implement strategies, assess performance, and align resources with our overall goals.
Develop and implement financial growth strategies across all areas of operations.
Establish and maintain an environmentally sustainable workplace.
Industry Insight: Monitor trends and provide support during significant organisational changes.
The Person
Minimum 3 years of experience in an account or relationship management role, preferably in the logistics industry
Excellent communicator comfortable with building and maintaining relationships on many different levels, with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
You must have a “can-do attitude”, and whilst you may be an excellent communicator, you must be a bigger “doer” that achieves results.
Experienced in leading large, complex teams across multiple locations.
