Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment in a Kitchen Hand position, integral to providing support to the catering team at Victoria Barracks (Paddington) Join the team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic environment.

The Position:

• Part-time Kitchen Hand
• Prep simple items (veg, salads, basic mise en place) to support service
• Keep kitchen, dining and servery areas clean, safe and tidy
• Use cleaning equipment correctly and follow food-safety procedures
• Help with stock rotation, temperature checks and waste reduction

The Person

• Hospitality or cleaning experience an advantage
• Knowledge of safe food handling and cleaning practices
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed
