THE POSITION

• Kitchenhand, part-time, with a catering team at a Bankstown Aged Care Facility
• Assist with basic food preparation, including vegetables and salads.
• Manage stock control, quality checks, and temperature monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen, food prep, storage, and service areas, with a strong focus on hygiene and food safety.

THE PERSON

• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knife handling, food safety, and preparation skills are advantageous.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Positive, can-do attitude, ready to take on any task as needed
