The Position
Work as the manager on duty overseeing all lounge services on shift
Be the liaison between Compass Group and the client when required
Be responsible for supervisors & team leaders, assigning tasks and ensuring service standards are adhered to
Assist Key Account manager with rostering, daily and stock control as required
The Person
Own reliable transport is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Safety mindset
Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
