We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our well established maintenance team based in the Surat Basin, located near Miles, Queensland.

You will be the back-to-back for our Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 12 trades personnel.

15/13 roster – 12 hour days. DIDO for locals or FIFO ex Brisbane to Miles Airport.

Flights, accommodation and meals provided.

The Position

• Manage the day to day operations of the facility maintenance services including supervising tradespersons
• Maintaining exceptional relationships with our client and local community
• Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture

The Person

• Remote management experience in the resources sector
• Minimum Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC (desirable) or building/construction industry supervision background
• Ability to identify and implement new innovations within the facilities management industry
• Experience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces.
