We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Managers to join the team at Delta FM due to an expansion.
Must be local to Bunbury and surrounding areas
THE POSITION
Maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level
Manage planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables to ensure completed within compliance, contract and KPI timeframes.
Working within a safe and efficient manner to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors and the client to ensure high quality maintenance planning
Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture
THE PERSON
Proven experience in either Facilities Maintenance, Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience
Possess relevant trade qualifications
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
Asset Management experience
Facilities Management experience
Excellent communication
Strong computer skills
Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces
