Rare opportunity to support our Delta FM teams, providing top tier maintenance planning and scheduling services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Position

• Manage the scheduling of internal labour resources to Service Calls within assigned contract/s
• Prepare and submit day-to-day maintenance trade labour schedules, offering solutions to competing schedule demands
• Submit monthly trade labour forecast schedules for contract/s created through our systems and process
• Manage the call close out and review process
• Liaise regularly with internal stakeholders
• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day scheduling advice for maintenance services
• Identify potential improvement opportunities and develop and implement processes to improve the long-term maintenance planning and scheduling
• Attend site visits as requested (infrequent)
• Other ad hoc duties as required

The Person

• Scheduling, dispatching or allocation of Maintenance Service Calls to Internal trades staff experience (desirable)
• Previous experience working in Facilities Maintenance or trades background (desirable)
• Prior experience in asset management (desirable)
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite (desirable)
• Previous experience using QFM, Pronto, Urbanise or similar Work Management System (desirable)
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and autonomously
• Solutions focused rather than problem focused
• Flexible approach and attitude with ability to work as part of a team
