THE ROLE:

• Four site locations: 1. Bundoora 2. Brighton 3. Brighton East 4. Frankston South
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensure quality service, prioritise client satisfaction, maintain brand standards and drive growth.
• Manage contracts and additional service requests, ensuring client retention and understanding contract terms.
• Manage food and goods costs across multiple sites, optimise ordering, inventory, waste, portions, and pricing.
• Effectively oversee multi-site finances within budget, optimising staffing, stock, revenue, and service levels.
• Lead and manage teams with expertise in recruitment and staff induction for seamless integration and performance excellence.

THE PERSON:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to the healthcare industry is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget.
• Excellent communication and personal skills.
• Track record of building successful business relationships at a senior level.
• Proof of Australian Working Rights & Police Check.
