$95,000 plus 12% superannuation as a permanent full-time employee

Site Manager role. Location outside of PENRITH NSW

We currently have a vacancy for a Site Manager to join our team in the Senior Living sector.

This is a key role in our business, working in close partnership with our client to provide hands on leadership. You will be delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer and client expectations. In this role you will showcase your talents in the management of Hotel Services in this family friendly environment.

THE POSITION

• Oversee in unit budgets and confidently report on P&L
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
• Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved and impact on the environment is minimal
• Maintain current food and labour controls in line with onsite budgets.
• Deliver service that comes from the heart and is served with a smile 
• Work in close partnership with our client to provide hands on leadership.

THE PERSON

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in a similar role or as a Catering Manager or Hotel Services Manager
• Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
• Attention to detail and great time management is a must
• Have Intermediate computer literacy
