The Position
This newly created position will become the second dedicated role within our national Internal Mobility Program. The program is designed to support our Team Members as they explore career pathways and opportunities across Compass Group Australia (CGA), grounded in our belief that every person has potential.
This role will deliver structured internal mobility services specifically for Corporate Services and Senior Leadership talent. Uniquely, it will also provide strategic sourcing for executive and comparable roles, ensuring that both internal talent and external candidates are visible and considered for key career opportunities.
Reporting to the National Team Lead -Talent Sourcing & Partnerships, you will:
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and workforce needs.
• Support leadership pipeline development by identifying emerging talent.
• Support and guide internal talent across both promotional and lateral growth opportunities.
• Facilitate the movement and visibility of high-performing employees across sectors.
• Support cross-sector deployment and succession planning.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct targeted sourcing for strategic roles, using internal mobility methodologies as the first step before traditional recruitment or external agencies.
• Track internal moves, pipeline health, and sourcing outcomes, providing insights to inform workforce planning.

This role is based at our Cannon Hill office, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week after your initial training period (increasing to three days post-probation).
We offer a competitive base salary plus superannuation, along with eligibility for our annual incentive bonus scheme. As a general guide, we are considering candidates within a base salary range of $90,000–$110,000 pending experience.
