Restaurant Associates delivers premium hospitality for some of Australia’s most prestigious corporate clients. We’re looking for a high-energy Operations Manager to make it happen.
THE ROLE
- Your first mission: a single-site focus for six months, dedicated to one of our flagship financial services partnerships, driving change and reinventing what workplace hospitality looks like.

Second mission: After six months, step into wider portfolio responsibilities and a broader leadership role across Restaurant Associates, while continuing to support the Key Account Manager on that account. You’ll:
- Drive a high energy workplace experience across performance, product and people through your portfolio.
- Make our clients’ workplaces the place people want to be with the outcome of improving workplace utilization.
- Elevate the workplace and workplace experience through hospitality-led activations.
- Build partnerships that clients value, working side by side with them every week.
- Turn feedback into fresh ideas that people talk about.
- Build and inspire diverse teams who love what they do.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years multi-site hospitality experience.
- A people-first leader who cares for teams and clients alike.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
- Strong working knowledge of food safety and WHS.

- Have worked across both workplace and high-street hospitality.
- Bring a high-energy, engaging personality with a people-first approach, connecting easily with diverse corporate clients and teams.
- Think outside the box, constantly evolving operations through innovation and fresh ideas from the high street.

- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Use customer feedback and data to drive decisions.
