THE POSITION
Ensuring compliance with NSQHS standards, OH&S, Infection Control, and Privacy regulations.
Conducting audits, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining compliance records.
Monitoring service delivery against KPIs, generating reports, and driving improvements.
Supporting accreditation processes and incident reporting workflows.
Coordinating staff training on compliance and quality requirements.
Reviewing policies, SOPs, and procedures, ensuring timely updates and communication.
Leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency, risk management, and quality outcomes.
THE PERSON
A Diploma/Certificate in Healthcare or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
2–3 years’ experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or auditing role.
Knowledge of Australian healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
Experience with incident management systems and accreditation processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and recommend improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare operations.
Current (or willingness to obtain) Police Check and Working With Children Check.
You will be proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about embedding a culture of compliance and quality improvement in healthcare.
