The Position

• Lead key projects, engaging with stakeholders, analysing data, creating strategic plans and operational documentation.
• Attend meetings and workshops, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring project success.
• Represent the business professionally and confidently to clients and external partners.
• Develop processes and procedures to support the implementation of our cleaning and waste services.
• Manage the testing, acceptance, and commissioning of these services into operation services
• Assist in creating and refining operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The Person

• A strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
• Operational experience in service delivery and project implementation.
• Proven expertise in healthcare and project management.
• A background in process development, documentation, and training in healthcare.
• Familiarity with industry-based software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong attention to detail.
• A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
