THE POSITION
- Organise and manage the contract in accordance with the standards required by Compass Group and the Client
- Responsible for management, development and training of all team members,
- Ensure contract is complaint and run commercially in line with new growth and retention targets
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships
- Identify and create new business opportunities
- Manage sub-contracting arrangements
THE PERSON
- Previous experience as a FIFO/DIDO Project Manager on site
- Proven experience in managing successful teams
- Ability to form productive relations with clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget
- Computer literate
