Property Manager - Moranbah
- Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week
- Drive improvement, safety leadership and high‑quality service delivery
- $100K + super
This is a rare opportunity to support our Delta FM property division, delivering top tier support services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Position
- Manage existing and new tenancies
- Establish relationships with tenants and the regional landlord
- Access and interpret ethical practice and legislation in real estate
- Overseeing maintenance issues, reporting and following up with our Delta FM Maintenance team and/or subcontractors
- Processing of applications promptly and efficiently
- Conducting entry and exit inspections, along with routine inspections
- Reporting and other ad hoc tasks as required
The Person
- Must have CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Proven experience in Real Estate Property Management
- Must have a current driver’s licence
- You will have strong systems knowledge across a range of software, particularly PropertyMe
- You will have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks at any given time
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to problem solve and think outside the box
