Recruitment Advisor - B&I Culinary Recruitment Portfolio

• Full Time Role
• Based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney 

The Position

• Manage the end to end recruitment of culinary requirements within the National B&I portfolio. 
• Proactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment and marketing strategies.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end to end recruitment process.
• Partnering with site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities.
• Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines.

The Person

• Seeking proven experience in high volume recruitment.
• Experience using PageUp ATS is desirable 
• Experience in culinary recruitment, is advantageous, but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. 
• Attention to detail, an eye for compliance and passion for candidate care goes a far way.
• Goal driven.
