We are seeking Qualified Refrigeration Tech’s/ HVAC’s looking to join the DeltaFM team on a Full-Time basis. Permanent Ongoing works available. You’ll be joining a small, established maintenance team at our Gateway site, FIFO from Perth or DIDO for local applicants. The positions are available with immediate start.

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

• Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence
• Current CPR + LVR, Police Check & Medical within 12 months
• Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters or DIDO from Hedland
