Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager within the Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Management industry to showcase their skills in a growing Global company.

 

THE POSITION

  • Support a portfolio of Mine Site Village Accommodation Cleaning Operations, by working with stakeholders to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning quality, adherence to procedures, productivity measures, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare, maintain, and oversee checklists, scopes, and workflow management records.
  • Possess a deep understanding of industry best practices in cleaning procedures and stay informed about the latest innovations in the field.
  • Identify and escalate operational performance issues and work with stakeholders to implement strategies that improve individual and team performance.
  • Continuously strive to improve procedures, service delivery, and client experience through proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Identify safety, quality, people, and operational issues and report in a timely and effective manner.

 

THE PERSON

  • Proven leadership skills with a strong desire to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience as an operations manager within the Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Management industry, overseeing multiple sites and achieving superior service delivery outcomes.
  • Prior experience in FIFO housekeeping/cleaning management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
  • Strong understanding and application of all relevant safety and compliance procedures.
