THE POSITION

• Initially the focus of this role will be on our fine dining restaurant.
• As you grown in the role, it will open opportunities to Coordinate, lead and inspire multiple teams. Including a café, Tea Rooms and NGV Friday Nights.
• Create an inclusive, imaginative, inspiring environment where everyone works together to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure our safety-first culture is embedded within the team
• Use effective retail strategies to maximise sales and increase profit
• Previous experience in an on-trend, multi-outlet would be highly regarded
• Manage the workforce including recruitment, on-boarding, training, labour budgeting and rostering 

THE PERSON

• You will be an outstanding communicator, be able to effectively motivate your staff and have a passion for hospitality!
• Have previous experience in a similar restaurant role and have a solid knowledge on all things food and beverage 
• Be a positive, supportive, ambitious leader with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
• Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
• RSA , WWC and National police check, or able to obtain one
