The Position
Providing culinary support in delivering exceptional catering service across corporate sites in the CBD
Assist with stock control, rostering, staff mentoring & training
Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved
Ensuring all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
Strong emphasis on modern, wellbeing, inspired menus with a focus on visual presentation.
Maintain efficient operations across multi services and liaising with client and other key stakeholders
The person
Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery
Experience at Chef De Partie level in a corporate catering or high end functions environment
Attention to detail and great time management
Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
