We’re looking for a reliable and alert Security Control Room Operator to help keep our hospital safe and secure for patients, staff, and visitors. You will require Control Room Operator and Monitoring Centre on your security license.

THE POSITION

• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems from the hospital’s control room
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with on-site security teams
• Maintain detailed logs and reports
• Support emergency response procedures

THE PERSON

• Calm under pressure and highly observant
• Tech-savvy with experience in control room operations (preferred)
• A strong communicator and team player
• Committed to safety and confidentiality
• Hold relevant security qualifications and a valid Private Security Individual Licence.
• National Police Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
