THE POSITION
- Maintain a visible, proactive presence to promote a calm, safe hospital environment.
- Use professional judgment and situational awareness to respond to incidents.
- De-escalate challenging situations with a respectful, people-focused approach.
- Conduct regular patrols and follow established safety protocols.
THE PERSON
- Have experience in security, emergency response, defence, or law enforcement.
- Are confident, resilient, and able to communicate clearly under pressure.
- Hold relevant security qualifications and a valid Private Security Individual Licence.
- National Police Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
