THE POSITION:

• Supervise, lead, and support Security Officers on shift.
• Coordinate rosters, payroll queries, and daily administration tasks.
• Conduct patrols and ensure site security compliance.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, behavioural issues, and emergencies.
• Complete reports, logs, investigations, and shift handovers.
• Operate security systems including Uniguard, CCTV, and access control.
• Conduct inductions, contractor escorts, and delivery movements.
• Promote professional standards, safety, and policy compliance.

THE PERSON:

• Certificate III in Security Operations with current Security and Crowd Control Licence.
• Current First Aid / CPR qualification.
• Strong communication skills with confident report writing ability.
• Competent computer skills across reports and security systems.
• Current manual driver’s licence with strong reliability and fitness.
• Previous hospital, healthcare, or high-risk site experience desirable.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with conflict resolution skills.
• Professional, calm under pressure, alert, and flexible with rotating rosters.
