Senior Barista | Full Time | $35 per hour
Brisbane CBD, near Roma Street Station

• Monday to Friday, varying shifts between 6am-4pm; no weekends!
• Bring your barista skills to a role where quality and personality matter!
• Help mobilise a brand-new cafe, opening mid to late March!

The Role:

• Lead by example, inspiring the team with high standards and outstanding service
• Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional customer experience every shift
• Work with our coffee supplier & help maintain and calibrate the coffee equipment to safeguard peak performance
• Communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring smooth service in a busy café
• Take pride in your role and elevate the café experience for every customer

The Person:

• Proven barista experience in a busy café environment
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Calm, confident, and natural leader
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
