We are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to work as a strategic partner to our Leadership team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for our onsite leadership roles, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience - regardless of the outcome. 

As a Strategic Recruiter, we are looking for someone who moves beyond job boards and builds deep talent pipelines, through networking, head hunting and truly understanding the needs of our business. 

As the Senior Recruiter, you will also support our Recruitment Team Leader and act as a mentor and coach to our Recruitment team, taking the lead on mobilisations, reviewing processes and generally supporting our Recruiters to ensuring that we are constantly improving processes and working to ensure our candidate experience is as seamless as possible. 

The Position

As a Senior Recruitment Advisor within the LWS East Recruitment Team, you will:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for senior and specialist roles using innovative marketing and networking strategies.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial engagement to onboarding.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, forecast talent requirements, and deliver recruitment solutions that align with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain healthy talent pools and pipelines for critical management and functional roles.
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and candidate quality.
• Support the development of junior recruitment advisors, sharing expertise and acting as a trusted advisor within the team.

The Person

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proven internal or agency recruitment experience at senior levels, ideally across multiple disciplines.
• Exceptional skills in candidate attraction, engagement, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Experience within complex portfolios or sectors (such as resources, healthcare, or defence) is desirable but not essential.
• A forward-thinking approach, with aspirations to move into a leadership role, or a deep passion for recruitment without the desire for management.
