Tradespeople Wanted for upcoming projects in SA - Electricians, HVAC's, Plumbers and Carpenters.

These position will be ad-hoc for works required on site. DIDO options for locals to Roxby Downs. You'll be working amongst a Camp and Accommodation Maintenance team of approximately 60 Delta Team, on a BHP site comprising of 2650 rooms in Village, 500 homes in Roxby Downs and another 462 in Minesite. Site includes amenities such as Pools, BBQ’s, Gym, Squash Room, Outdoor area with Courts etc. Flights are from Adelaide Airport, approx. 90 mins, or DIDO from Roxby Downs. Ideal candidate is available to begin the recruitment process immediately.

THE POSITION

• Conduct maintenance tasks, including inspection, classification, repairs, and planned works across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry requests
• Perform fault finding, reactive maintenance, and assist other trades to ensure operational continuity
• Provide mobile device work order requests, work updates, timelines and risk assessments including prioritising urgent work order requests
• Maintain systems and ensure all activities are performed and align with Delta FM’s moral, ethical and legal standards

THE PERSON:

• Hold a relevant Trade qualification
• Electricians - SA Electrical Trade Qualification/Licence
• Refrigerated Techs   SA Restricted Electrical Licence
• Plumbers - Certificate III in Plumbing with gasworks and current licence. 
• Carpenter's a Cert III in Carpentry with up-to-date licence 
• Experience in fault finding and reactive maintenance in remote or complex environments (preferred)
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes on commercial/industrial sites along with a strong understanding and adherence to workplace health and safety regulations
• Ability to provide a police check within the last 12 months or obtain one
• A current C class driver’s license
