THE POSITION
Assist the Head Chef stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring & training by supervising, and
Monitor and oversee the food production and menu-based catering on site
Ensure accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls, and maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
Using first class produce, ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum
Deliver to our client and customers high expectations of a premium experience
Thursday to Monday roster, including weekends- 3 breakfast shifts / 2 dinner shifts (between 5.00am to 11.00pm)
THE PERSON
Minimum certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Previous leadership experience and enjoys creating a positive work culture
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours.
Available to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP regulations
Driven with a creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation
** Successful candidate will be required to pass an ASIC security clearance as part of the onboarding process
