Join our dynamic team at a stunning venue in South Brisbane! We’re looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in overseeing food production, stock control, and staff mentoring. You’ll have the opportunity to create amazing dishes, manage high-quality produce, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with stock control, budgeting, and rostering.
Oversee food production and ensure food safety standards.
Mentor and train staff while supporting the Head Chef.
Ideal Candidate:
Trade qualifications
5+ years in a kitchen management role.
Experience in fine dining, events, and high-volume catering.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
