Join a premium corporate catering team in Brisbane’s CBD as a Sous Chef. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality dining experiences for corporate clients.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to support daily kitchen operations, helping to deliver fine dining, executive catering, and polished corporate events throughout the week, with occasional evening functions.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within corporate or fine dining settings
Strong skills in supporting daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
Ability to assist with menu planning featuring local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients
Experience mentoring and motivating kitchen staff
Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock management
Professional communication skills and client-focused attitude
Comfortable working with digital systems for ordering and rostering
