Supporting our Retail and Foodbuy businesses, you'll travel across sites to drive retail performance, improve customer experiences, implement new initiatives, and help unlock growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute national retail strategies, promotions, product launches and retail initiatives.
• Lead retail mobilisations and implement "perfect store" principles across sites.
• Coach and support site teams in retail excellence, customer service and best practice execution.
• Conduct site audits, identify improvement opportunities and share best-practice learnings.
• Monitor sales, stock management, shrink, waste, merchandising standards and KPI performance.
• Partner with operational leaders, suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve commercial outcomes.
• Support budget performance through reporting, analysis and action planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and 'best practice' operations.

Experience & Background

• 3-5 years' experience in retail operations, hospitality, food service or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising and consumer behaviour.
• Proven ability to coach teams and influence site-level performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence analysing performance data and translating insights into actions.
• Experience supporting projects, site implementations or operational improvement initiatives.
• Qualifications in Business, Retail, Hospitality or related disciplines are advantageous
