THE POSITION
Manage contract oversight and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
Develop and implement key projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
Oversee planning and scheduling requirements, ensuring optimal resource allocation across all sites.
Lead and drive new site mobilizations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Represent Compass Group professionally with external stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement the Senior Living brand operating model.
Provide operational and strategic support for specific projects as directed by the General Manager.
Drive innovation initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance service quality.
Champion a safety culture and promote best practices in food safety and workplace safety.
THE PERSON
Proven senior operational leadership experience, preferably in aged care, healthcare, or community services.
Relevant degree in Project Management, Healthcare, Business, or equivalent work experience is highly desirable.
Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships across various levels.
A commitment to ethical standards and a passion for customer service are essential.
