The Position

• Assisting our Chefs with food preparation
• Cleaning and washing up the kitchen area and equipment
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
• Assisting with restock and stock rotation
• Receive and store goods by picking up deliveries and organising fruit, vegetables, dairy and beverages
• Perform heavy lifting as part of repetitive manual handling tasks
• Carry out kitchenhand duties including dishwashing, cleaning and rubbish removal

• Have an absolute “can do” attitude. 
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Safety mindset
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Hold a valid RSA to support alcohol service within lounge operations
