THE POSITION:
Team leader, Supervising the execution of the cleaning operations.
Training and coordinating staff,
Assist with cleaning areas and equipment as required,
Maintaining a positive relationship and good communications with internal stakeholders, (Residents, team members and managers)
THE PERSON
1-2 years experience working in similar team leader roles.
Strong leadership skills
Australian drivers’ licence
Willing to complete required company and site inductions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
