Supervisor - Catering

$39.36 base rate plus casual loading

• Typically 6AM-2PM Occasionally 2PM-8:30PM

THE POSITION

• Supervision of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes
• Ensure staff comply with food safety procedures and site food safety plan
• Assist in the management of labour and food costs in line with budget
• Oversee the correct use of stock control systems

THE PERSON

• Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Prior Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation
• Model high standards of performance and behaviour
• Posses a Working with Vulnerable People Check, Police Check and Serology Report (or be willing to obtain all of these)
