Food and Beverage Supervisor – Events

$28.87 + Superannuation.

• Working in our New Function Centre

THE ROLE

• Assist in coordinating front of house team’s daily operational demands.
• A broad mix of duties in the new function centre
• Lead the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service 
• Developing team commitment, co- operation and performance
• Organise rosters as per operational requirements.
• Address any elevated guest grievances
• Placing orders as required
• Mix of day and evening shifts 

THE PERSON

• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Previous experience in a comparable role, seeking to contribute to a larger operation
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend, and public holidays
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
• Excellent knowledge of food and safety standards and infection control principles
• Have of be open to get a approved Managers card 
• Have of be willing to obtain a National Police Check
