We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to work within our team at the Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg, VIC. This role will suit candidates with a passion for delivering great customer service and who thrive on working in fast-paced environments.

This full-time role will work across Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm.

THE POSITION

• Leading and coordinating a dedicated team
• Overseeing the training, growth and development of the team members
• Ensuring the team adheres to policies, procedures and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation and delivery of meals to wards within the hospital 
• Check stock levels and place orders to ensure we have enough supplies 

THE PERSON

• Experience in leading people
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control and process integrity
• Flexible approach and attitude with excellent communication skills
• NPC & WWCC: possess, or be willing to obtain, a national police check and working with children check
