Team Leader
$32.26 per hour including Casual Loading 
Boeing Aerostructures, Port Melbourne VIC

• Shifts available Monday to Friday 5.30am-2.30pm

THE POSITION

• Supervise and lead the site in the absence of the manager, ensuring smooth operations
• Place orders and efficiently manage inventory
• Utilise relevant systems for day-to-day operations
• Engage with customers and clients to provide excellent service
• Oversee and deliver functions and events as required

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly and approachable demeanour
• Well-presented with a professional appearance
• Hands-on approach to tasks and team management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies
• Keen to learn and grow within the role
