We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities.
THE POSITION
- Lead and oversee a high-quality breakfast buffet service, ensuring exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction
- Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the onsite catering team in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt quickly to changing service demands while maintaining efficiency, organisation, and high standardsManage orders, deliveries, stock rotation, cleanliness, and build positive relationships with clients and customers
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in a similar fast-paced hospitality or catering environment
- Availability to work 5 mornings per week with a flexible, can-do approach
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP compliance
- High energy, excellent presentation, solid work ethic, and confidence using MS Office at an intermediate level
