The Position:

• Manage daily café and grab-and-go operations, ensuring compliance with contract and service standards.
• Open and close the café operations efficiently.
• Oversee workload to deliver high-quality service at volume.
• Lead, support, and train front-of-house team members.
• Provide hands-on food and beverage service, including barista duties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

The Person:

• Proven ability to lead a team
• Understanding of Commercial hospitality operation
• Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
• Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment
• Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality
• Available across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
